Proposed Grain based First Generation (1G) Ethanol project of NEXGEN GREEN FUELS PRIVATE LIMITEDis categorized as A, 5(g) (ii), Distilleries as per EIA Notification 2006 and its subsequent amendments. List of proposed products and its production capacity is given in following table.

The key finished products proposed to be produced from the unit are as under

Ethanol -Absolute Alcohol

It is the main product to be supplied to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for blending in the petrol.

DDGS (Cattle Feed)

DDGS (Cattle Feed) is a by-product of the Ethanol manufacturing process and is primarily used as a protein supplement/ingredient in the DDGS (Cattle Feed) industry. Due to its good protein content, low phosphorus content and low cost compared to fish meal, it can be considered as a protein source that can replace expensive plant protein sources and for cattle feed/poultry feed. The composition of the product makes it an ideal feed for beef cattle, dairy cattle.

Carbon di-Oxide (CO2)

Carbon di-oxide is also a by-product of the Ethanol manufacturing process and is primarily used in soft drinks, pharmacy units & other Industrial units.

Impure Spirit

Various state Governments/Corporates also use Impure Spirits in pharmacy/ Cosmetic units.

05.

Ashes

There is good demand of ashes for manufacturing of bricks
