NEXGEN GREEN FUELS PRIVATE LIMITED, a forward-thinking company, is committed to sustainable development through the production of fuel-grade ethanol, also known as Absolute Alcohol (AA), and its byproducts. Established on 31st May 2023, and registered under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Gujarat, we are dedicated to promoting eco-friendly fuel solutions and supporting the agricultural community.

Our Project

We are setting up a 110 KLPD Grain-based Distillery to produce 100 KLPD of fuel ethanol, along with a 2.5 MW captive power plant, 50 TPD CO2 (Carbon Dioxide), 50 TPD dry DDGS (Cattle feed), and 8-10 KLPD impure spirit from waste/damaged broken rice and maize. This project is strategically located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and aims to create jobs, promote technological development, and reduce India’s oil import bill.

Utilizing maize/corn and damaged broken rice as raw materials, we produce high-quality ethanol for blending with petrol.

Land and Approvals

With land already acquired and necessary approvals in process, we are well-positioned to commence operations without delays. Our project has received Environment Clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEF&CC).

NEXGEN GREEN FUELS PRIVATE LIMITED proposes to set up a 1G Bio-Ethanol Project will be of 110 KLPD capacity based on Maize/ Corn as main feedstock at Karana, Tehsil Lalpur, DIST. Jamnagar, Gujarat-361012. The Project will produce 100 KLPD of Fuel Grade Ethanol- Absolute Alcohol as per the Indian specifications IS 15464:2004 of Anhydrous Ethanol for use of Blending in Automobile Fuel & other by-products. It is envisaged that the facility would generate its own Steam through a highpressure solid fuel Boiler and use this steam to generate its captive power by the means of a Turbine. TheExhaust steam from the Turbine would be utilized in the Process.
